In-Home Support looks like…

-Discuss and Define Routines

When does your child struggle the most? Routines? Moving or stopping a fun activity to a not so fun activity? We will structure flexible schedules and routines that help build trust and awareness through researched backed techniques.

-How to Respond to Ours and Others’ Feelings

We will use SEL skills to build self awareness to help express wants and needs appropriately. Turning BIG outbursts into smaller ones with BIGGER expressions of feelings through words and activities. We will also explore how to be kind and show love to others around us- getting to know every one has their own feelings and that’s okay!

-Family Mindful Moments

Last, but not least, is family mindful moments. This includes breathwork to calm our emotions, movement to calm our bodies and focus to wrap it all together.

Investment

$125/hr per week

This investment is not just for the child, who has specific needs or behaviors. It can (and I believe it will) be life changing for the WHOLE family. This is investing now to have a new future going forward.

Outside of the direct time with family, I will be creating and collecting any tools that support this journey more.

I will also be accessible through phone, text or email in order to answer any questions and share information and videos with you.

In order to maximize the benefits we recommend pre-booking sessions.

Offerings of ONE HOUR can look like:

one 60min session a week

two 30min sessions per week

three 20min sessions (if needed)

Additional Add-Ons

Yoga/Mindfulness for Parents $35/hour

quiet time without the kids, book a single or couples session to wind down and support yourself and/or your partner.

Support Outside of Home $55/hour

help with social skills and support for going to stores, job prep, etc.
